Senior Product Manager at DoseSpot

We are a private equity-backed startup operating at the intersection of healthcare and software. Our company consists of DoseSpot, a leader in electronic prescribing, and pVerify, an industry-standard insurance verification solution. We are currently in a phase of rapid growth, and we are looking for dedicated professionals to help us improve the healthcare experience for both doctors and patients. By joining our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that mission-critical prescriptions and insurance verifications are processed accurately and on time.

What you'll be doing

• You will own the long-term strategy, roadmap, and execution for a major product area, such as our API platform, routing, eligibility, or security and compliance workflows.
• You will lead complex discovery efforts and cross-functional alignment, working closely with engineering, design, compliance, and go-to-market teams to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions.
• You will engage directly with customers and partners to identify pain points, conduct market analysis, and translate ambiguous challenges into clear, actionable priorities.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong blend of technical fluency and healthcare domain expertise. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 8 years of relevant experience, ideally with a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing API platforms, data workflows, or enterprise-grade software.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare-specific workflows, such as eRx, NCPDP SCRIPT, EDI, or payer-provider transactions.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and mentor other product managers.
• A demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and operate effectively within ambiguous environments.
• Fluency in English.
