What you bring
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join us on a 12-month contractor basis. In this role, you will lead the transformation of our website, focusing on both desktop and mobile experiences to ensure they are scalable, efficient, and user-focused. You will be based in Australia, working in a hybrid capacity to collaborate with our teams in Sydney. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Defining the vision and long-term roadmap for our web products while ensuring alignment with our broader business goals.
- Partnering with design and engineering squads to elevate our user experience, optimize front-end architecture, and improve SEO performance.
- Driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver iterative improvements that add measurable value to our members.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who balances high-level vision with hands-on execution. You should have extensive experience in product management, specifically regarding large-scale website migrations or rebuilds. We look for individuals who are customer-obsessed and data-driven, capable of using insights to guide design and functionality decisions. You must be proficient in Agile methodologies and have a solid understanding of front-end technologies, SEO best practices, and content management systems. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will act as a bridge between marketing, finance, engineering, and design teams. Fluency in English is required to ensure you can effectively articulate our product strategy and build trust across the organization.
