Highlight is a woman-owned, minority-owned startup that has quickly become the leading SaaS platform for agile product testing. Since our launch in 2021, we have helped major brands like Nestle, P&G, and Estee Lauder optimize their product success by replacing slow, traditional testing methods with our high-speed, data-driven intelligence platform. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our fully remote, distributed team as we continue to scale our mission of creating better products for people and the planet.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the product roadmap and collaborate closely with engineering to execute our vision.
- Conduct thorough user research to identify key pain points and translate them into actionable product requirements.
- Analyze user data and performance metrics to validate our strategy and ensure we are delivering a high-quality experience.
- Develop deep expertise in the in-home product testing space to guide our long-term growth.
- Mature our internal product management processes and represent the team in cross-functional initiatives.
- Cultivate strong, productive relationships with design leaders, engineering teams, and key stakeholders.
Must-haves
- Extensive experience in product management with a proven track record of driving significant business impact.
- A passion for working in a fast-paced startup environment where you can navigate ambiguity.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration, open communication, and high expectations.
- A bias for action and a natural ability to solve complex problems.
- Fluency in English.

Benefits
The salary range for this position is $135,000 - $150,000 USD.
