About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will help translate our company strategy into actionable product roadmaps. You will work closely with engineering, data science, and customer-facing teams to build and improve the infrastructure that supports frontline workers globally. This is a hybrid position where you will define product requirements, oversee execution, and ensure our solutions deliver real value to our users.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy for our core solutions while managing quarterly roadmaps.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive high-impact initiatives from initial concept through to delivery.
- Analyze product KPIs and conduct ongoing user research to optimize features and ensure we meet our expected outcomes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should bring a data-driven mindset and a passion for solving complex problems. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, specifically with technical software products.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- A persistent, creative approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a high-growth, changing environment.
- A bias for action and a deep curiosity about user needs and product growth.
Location
This position is based in Argentina.
