Senior Product Manager at accesso

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team and help lead the accesso Paradox ski product suite. As part of our group, you will collaborate with fellow product managers and cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, elevate the guest experience, and streamline operations for our partners in the ski industry. What you'll be doing

• You will define and execute the product vision for our ski platform by integrating our client-facing tools with seamless eCommerce experiences.
• You will work closely with engineers and project managers to evaluate the feasibility and business value of new initiatives while ensuring the successful delivery of product roadmaps.
• You will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients to ensure our product strategy remains aligned with evolving industry trends and business goals.

What you'll bring

• You have over 5 years of experience in developing and marketing B2B products, along with at least 3 years in a leadership or product management role.
• You are fluent in both English and French, which is preferred for this role.
• You possess a deep understanding of SaaS business models and have a strong grasp of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
• You have a solid background in UX/UI principles and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
• You are familiar with the specific needs of the ski industry and the expectations of winter sports enthusiasts.
