What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position where you will have significant autonomy to own new initiatives for our HR platform. You will serve as the primary architect for the system of record that our customers use to manage the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring that our software remains a vital tool for farms everywhere.

What will you do?

• Take full ownership of company-level business objectives, guiding your team to deliver impactful software that improves the daily lives of our customers and their workers.
• Collaborate closely with our design, engineering, and revenue departments to craft a cohesive product strategy and a clear, executable roadmap.
• Bridge the gap between complex, ambiguous ideas and concrete projects by blending qualitative user research with rigorous quantitative analysis.

What makes you a great fit?

You are likely a strong candidate if you have at least four years of experience in product management and a proven track record of delivering measurable business results. We value structured problem solvers who are genuinely interested in the agricultural sector and the well-being of farmworkers. You should be comfortable working autonomously, owning a product roadmap, and engaging directly with customers. Proficiency in English is required for this role.
