The role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position that offers the flexibility of a hybrid work environment. You will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our applications, ensuring that our solutions continue to transform the public transport experience for millions of users worldwide.

Core responsibilities

• Champion the user experience by diving deep into customer needs and behaviors to ensure our applications are intuitive and highly effective.
• Apply a lean product development methodology to guide projects from initial concept through to successful launch with agility and precision.
• Collaborate across teams, including Engineering, Design, and Data Science, to build a shared vision and deliver impactful solutions that address core industry problems.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in product management, specifically with a strong background in app development focused on user experience.
• A deep passion for UX and the ability to translate complex data sets into accessible and user-friendly applications.
• Proven ability to work autonomously, set a clear strategic direction, and solve complex problems without requiring constant oversight.
• Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to advocate for user needs and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
• Fluency in English.
