What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis in France. This is a senior-level position where you will work within a highly product-oriented environment that prioritizes efficient delivery and minimal technical debt. You will collaborate closely with our Head of Product, fellow product managers, designers, and our tech team to shape the future of our mental health solutions.
What will you do?
- Discovery: You will investigate user needs and business opportunities, breaking down complex problems into manageable tasks and prioritizing the most impactful ideas.
- Delivery: You will define clear requirements, empower your design and engineering partners to build effective solutions, and take full ownership of the quality of the features we ship.
- Communication & Impact: You will build alignment across the organization, clearly articulate our value proposition, and measure the success of our initiatives to drive future improvements.
What makes you a great fit?
We are looking for someone who brings 4 to 5 years of experience in product management, though we are open to candidates with strong backgrounds in design, development, or product ownership who have a clear affinity for this role. You should have a proven track record of driving engagement and retention, ideally with B2C applications. You must be fluent in both French and English. Above all, we value individuals who are humble, curious, empathetic, and ready to take a hands-on approach to their work.
What's in it for you?
Joining us means participating in a fast-growing adventure where you can see the direct impact of your work on employee mental health. We offer a supportive environment and the following benefits:
- Hybrid work flexibility with a balance of office and remote time.
- Equity compensation through BSPCE for all team members.
- Generous paid time off, including a 7-week holiday policy.
- Comprehensive medical insurance and access to our own mental health services, including therapy and coaching.
- Wellness programs, including a gym allowance via Gymlib and a benefit fund for personal expenses.
- Additional perks like meal vouchers and anniversary rewards, including a salary increase and extra time off.
