At Cofactr, we are dedicated to supporting the people who handle the most critical work. We are transforming the technical hardware supply chain by building a bridge between Product Lifecycle Management and Manufacturing Execution Systems. Our BOM to Build Platform makes the supply chain more precise and manageable for hardware innovators. As a Y Combinator W22 company backed by investors like Bain Capital Ventures, we are growing quickly and looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis.
Responsibilities
- Take charge of product operations by managing development cycles, prioritizing features, and ensuring all teams remain aligned.
- Oversee the lifecycle of sophisticated B2B products that require deep industry knowledge and complex functionality.
- Partner directly with our technical founder and cross-functional teams, including software and data engineers, to solve technical challenges and refine our product vision.
Requirements
- Proven success in managing complex, technically demanding B2B products.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams to resolve technical friction and cross-disciplinary issues.
- A passion for mentorship and clear communication.
- The ability to translate complex product concepts into actionable, scalable plans.
- To comply with U.S. government technology export regulations, you must be a U.S. citizen, a lawful permanent resident, or a protected individual.
