Senior Product Manager at Mode Mobile

What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our product-led organization on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position where you will report directly to the Chief Information Officer. You will lead a cross-functional team and act as the owner of your specific product area, making critical business decisions that directly impact our users and our growth.

What will you do?

• Lead the full product lifecycle, from initial discovery and experimentation to validation and continuous delivery of high-quality software.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define and execute a strategic roadmap that accelerates our growth.
• Use data analysis and user research to prioritize product investments, define epics, and measure the success of your initiatives against key results.

You are a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of mobile software and a passion for solving real-world financial challenges for our users. To succeed in this role, you should have:

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, specifically delivering mobile applications in an agile environment.
• 3 or more years of experience managing the product discovery process from concept to launch.
• Technical proficiency with native Android development using Kotlin and a strong grasp of REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with data tools like Mixpanel and Google analytics to drive your decision-making.
• Familiarity with system design and technical environments including AWS, Rails, and Node.js.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse, cross-functional stakeholders.
