Connecteam is a Tel Aviv-based startup dedicated to transforming the work experience for the global deskless workforce. Our comprehensive management platform helps over 36,000 businesses worldwide streamline communication, operations, and training for their frontline employees. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Israel. If you are passionate about building intuitive web and mobile products and thrive in an agile environment, we would love to meet you.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of the product vision and define the strategic roadmap.
Oversee the complete lifecycle of new product features from initial concept to final production.
Conduct thorough research to analyze user requirements and monitor the competitive landscape.

Requirements

At least 3 to 4 years of experience in product management within a SaaS, Fintech, or startup environment.
A proven track record of managing projects from start to finish with a self-driven, hands-on approach.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with a collaborative team-player mindset.
Prior experience in communication-focused domains is highly preferred.
Familiarity with third-party integrations and APIs is considered a plus.
