Since 2012, EasyPost has been on a mission to simplify shipping for everyone from small startups to Fortune 500 companies. As a YC unicorn, we provide the first developer-friendly REST API for shipping, serving as the backbone for modern commerce. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our USPS product line, which is a foundational element of our multi-carrier strategy and future growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and entire product lifecycle for our USPS offerings.
- Provide mentorship to junior members of the product team.
- Build and prioritize a creative backlog focused on enhancing our USPS feature set.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives by aligning engineering, analytics, marketing, sales, and platform partners.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and context drive our development.
- Communicate effectively with leadership to maintain alignment across the organization.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key external stakeholders.
- Utilize data analysis to make informed decisions and define success metrics for every project.
Must-haves
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience, or a master’s degree with 6+ years of experience.
- At least 5 years of experience leading growth initiatives within SaaS businesses.
- Proven ability to build consensus while driving difficult decisions and maintaining a fast pace.
- Expertise in iterative development, including scaling platforms and productizing new features.
- Strong knowledge of the shipping industry, specifically regarding USPS.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey urgency and clarity to executives and partners.
- A growth mindset with a passion for optimizing conversion through product improvements.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
