What you'll be doing
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for membership and subscription experiences across iOS and Android, including the home screen, global navigation, subscription flows, account management, and billing features.
- Lead the full lifecycle of features that drive onboarding, product adoption, billing, retention, cross-sell, and upsell, partnering with engineering, design, data, marketing, and customer support teams.
- Use data, research, and A/B testing to identify engagement and retention drivers, measure performance metrics, and continuously refine the product based on user behavior and feedback.
What you'll bring
- Five or more years of product management experience with B2C mobile products, ideally focused on customer journey optimization.
- Strong understanding of subscription, retention, and user engagement metrics, plus hands-on experience with experimentation, analytics tools such as Amplitude or Mode, and product KPIs including LTV, churn, retention, and CAC.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, along with comfort working in a fast-paced, data-informed, and customer-obsessed environment; experience in a regulated industry such as financial services is a plus.
- Proficiency in English.
What you'll get
The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $140,000-$210,000.
