Senior Product Manager at Plooto

What you bring

As a Senior Product Manager, you will serve as a driving force behind our financial tools, working in a full-time capacity. While we are hiring for this role in Ontario, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia, we also welcome applicants from anywhere, with those outside these provinces joining us on a contract basis. You will be responsible for the following:

• Partnering with our leadership to define the product vision and strategy for our payment systems.
• Identifying new market segments and product opportunities to expand our reach and impact.
• Managing the entire product life cycle, from initial ideation and roadmap creation to final go-to-market execution.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who possesses at least five years of experience in product strategy, with a specific focus on the payment industry for at least two to five years. You should be comfortable navigating complex backend systems, interpreting API documentation, and working alongside technical teams to build scalable solutions. Success in this role requires strong data analysis skills, a knack for stakeholder management, and the ability to synthesize feedback from users and partners alike. We value individuals who are detail-oriented, empathetic toward the customer experience, and capable of managing relationships with banking partners and payment service providers. Fluency in English is required for this position.
