The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our product development efforts specifically for the law enforcement segment. In this role, you will act as a bridge between our mission and our technology, ensuring that our tools are not only built effectively but are also utilized to their full potential by those on the front lines. You will own the product vision and roadmap, working closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to translate complex user needs into meaningful, innovative solutions that drive real-world impact.

A day in the life

• You will conduct deep-dive user interviews to understand the workflows of our partners, ensuring that our product decisions are rooted in the actual needs of those fighting exploitation.
• You will lead the annual roadmap planning process, clearly articulating how our features contribute to mission impact, return on investment, and overall organizational goals.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to orchestrate the successful, on-time launch of new products while managing expectations and balancing competing priorities.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with a data-driven mindset and a passion for technical innovation. You have at least six years of experience managing the full product development lifecycle, and you are comfortable navigating the nuances of law enforcement software or child safety technology. You possess a strong technical understanding of the systems you lead and are adept at finding common themes in complex information to recommend clear paths forward. You are fluent in English and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
