We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Vehicle Mission team and help us shape the future of autonomous mobility. At MOIA, our team of over 350 people is building an integrated, on-demand ridepooling service with the goal of launching our first autonomous fleet by 2025.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the product, including defining the vision, setting the roadmap, and breaking down complex goals into actionable tasks for the team.
- Collaborate closely with OEM partners, technology suppliers, and internal development teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Conduct user research to understand the needs of future fleet operators and passengers, translating those insights into technical solutions.
- Build and refine features using a lean approach, utilizing KPIs and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Define interface logic for fleet management tools and navigate the legal requirements and boundaries surrounding autonomous vehicle operations.
- Shape the long-term product strategy within our Vehicle Integration domain.
Must-haves
- Extensive experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager with a strong ability to translate customer needs and legal constraints into business value.
- Deep understanding of complex system architectures and a passion for the challenges of autonomous mobility.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong agile mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-performance startup environment.
- A pragmatic, results-oriented approach to problem-solving and prioritization.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience in the automotive industry or other highly regulated sectors.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 26262.
- Proficiency in German.
