What we look for (requirements)

• Practical experience working with SQL and understanding of UX best practices

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, primarily within product companies

• Familiarity with accounting and finance operations (or a strong willingness to learn)

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, both spoken and written

• Highly self-aware and receptive to feedback

• Proactive in identifying potential issues before they arise
  

What you'll do (responsibilities)

Development

• Gather requirements from the stakeholders.

• Prioritize and define the final scope of work.

• Create technical requirements and ensure that all the customer's pain points are solved.

• Set up and track the release tasks.

• Manage the release activities (task planning, tracking, notifications, testing, user learning, etc)

Feature support

• Gather customers' cases.

• Resolve ad-hoc problems.

• Provide stakeholders with written reports and updates.

Team and product development

• Teach and train team members about the product, use cases, how to be productive, communication, company policies, and task management.

• Research competitors.

• Plan the resources, product development.

• Collaborate with Sales and CSM to implement the product for the customers.

This role is based in our Kyiv office and follows a hybrid format — we value in-person collaboration, while also offering flexibility when needed.
