We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team in Ukraine and help us continue this journey of growth and impact.
What you'll be doing
- You will lead the end-to-end development process by gathering requirements from stakeholders, defining the scope of work, and managing the full lifecycle of releases from planning through to testing and user training.
- You will act as a primary point of contact for feature support, resolving ad-hoc issues, gathering customer feedback, and providing clear, consistent updates to all relevant stakeholders.
- You will drive team and product development by researching competitors, planning resources, collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams, and mentoring team members on product best practices and internal processes.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of technical aptitude and product strategy experience. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 4 years of professional experience in Product Management, specifically within product-focused companies.
- Practical, hands-on experience using SQL and a strong grasp of UX best practices.
- A solid understanding of accounting and finance operations, or a genuine desire to master these domains.
- English proficiency at a B2 level or higher, allowing you to communicate effectively in both written and spoken formats.
- A proactive mindset that allows you to identify potential challenges before they escalate, combined with high self-awareness and a willingness to learn from feedback.
