Senior Product Manager at Ogury

We are Ogury, a global adtech leader that provides privacy-first advertising solutions for brands, agencies, and publishers. Since our founding in 2014, we have grown into a diverse team of over 500 professionals across 17 countries. We specialize in Personified Advertising, using exclusive data refined by AI to deliver relevant audiences at scale. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join us on a full-time basis in France. In this hybrid role, you will be instrumental in driving automation and streamlining our operational workflows to improve efficiency for our internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve inefficiencies in our existing operational workflows, with a specific focus on campaign management and billing cycles.
• Lead the development and implementation of automation initiatives to reduce manual tasks, aiming to decrease operational overhead by 5 to 10 percent.
• Enhance the overall platform experience by optimizing the UI to ensure it remains intuitive for our advertisers, agencies, and publishers.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in Project Management, particularly in environments that require complex cross-functional coordination.
• A strong background in Ad Operations or Account Management, providing you with a deep understanding of campaign workflows.
• Technical familiarity with Salesforce and various automation tools, alongside a proactive mindset for solving problems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge the gap between technical and commercial teams.
