Moxion is a vertically integrated manufacturer dedicated to replacing diesel generators with silent, emissions-free mobile battery stations. We are building the first distributed utility to lead the global energy transformation, and we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team in a hybrid capacity within the United States.

Responsibilities

Perform market research and synthesize customer feedback to drive product improvements and data-driven decision-making.
Own the product roadmap for our firmware engineering team, including feature prioritization and release planning.
Partner with hardware, software, and system engineers to document technical requirements and specifications.
Establish and monitor performance metrics to evaluate product success and guide future development.
Work alongside sales and marketing to craft go-to-market strategies and support customer success initiatives.
Cultivate relationships with partners and industry influencers to stay ahead of market trends.

Must-haves

At least 5 years of experience in product management or a similar capacity.
A solid background in Engineering.
A customer-centric mindset with strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Nice-to-haves

Domain expertise in energy storage, electric vehicles, power generation, or the rental power industry.
