The role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere in North America. In this role, you will act as the strategic heart of our product team, serving as a vital partner to our clients while driving the development of innovative software solutions.
Core responsibilities
- Build and maintain deep, collaborative relationships with our partners to understand their specific user needs and guide high-level strategic decisions.
- Define a clear product vision while connecting the dots across various functions and organizational levels.
- Manage the entire product and feature development lifecycle, taking projects from initial discovery all the way through to final delivery.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in product management.
- A proven track record of successfully guiding multiple products or feature sets through the complete development lifecycle.
- The ability to thrive in ambiguous environments by utilizing a blend of research, data analytics, intuition, and empathy.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable roadmaps that align stakeholders from developers to executives.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation and benefits
The salary range for this position is $160,000 to $200,000. We determine final offers based on your individual experience and industry benchmarks. In addition to salary, we provide:
