What you'll be doing

• You will define the long term vision and strategy for our core product offering, ensuring we continue to deliver value to our users.
• You will lead the product development lifecycle by collaborating with engineering teams to prioritize features and manage a roadmap that emphasizes high quality user experiences.
• You will champion a user-centric approach by gathering feedback, identifying pain points, and using data-driven insights to optimize engagement and business performance.

What you'll bring

We are looking for someone who has at least 7 years of experience in product management, ideally with a background in SaaS or the legal and compliance industry. You should have an entrepreneurial mindset and a proven ability to lead business performance metrics. Your toolkit should include:

• A deep understanding of software development processes, systems thinking, and experiment design.
• Proficiency in setting and tracking OKRs and KPIs to measure success.
• The ability to use data to tell compelling stories and inform strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to navigate conversations with executive leadership and customers alike.
• Fluency in English.
