Key outcomes
- Take full ownership of the definition, refinement, and delivery of key performance indicators for your assigned products.
- Serve as the primary expert on KPIs within your specific product area.
- Identify new opportunities through continuous research, utilizing both qualitative methods like customer interviews and quantitative data such as product analytics and surveys.
- Manage the product roadmap by prioritizing opportunities and ensuring all stakeholders remain aligned.
- Gather and synthesize product insights by working closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Define effective product solutions and partner with our Engineering and Design teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Lead the documentation process to ensure the entire team understands the business value and scope of our product initiatives.
- Act as a product advocate, ensuring that Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams are equipped with the vision and resources needed to drive product adoption.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within the SaaS sector.
- A proven ability to uncover customer pain points and needs using a variety of research techniques.
- Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to balance customer issues against team capacity and overall impact.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with Engineers and Product Designers to craft effective solutions.
- A proactive approach to working with customer-facing teams and evangelizing product updates.
- Hands-on experience conducting customer interviews and analyzing the performance of released features.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Direct experience working at a product company that scaled from $1M to $100M in revenue.
- Strong Product Design skills.
