Senior Product Manager at Localyze

Following our 35 million dollar Series B funding, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help us scale our impact and redefine the future of the global workforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies that align with our core business objectives.
• Prioritize and manage the product roadmap by analyzing market trends, business goals, and customer needs.
• Oversee the full product development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery within budget and time constraints.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Create compelling product messaging that highlights our value proposition and competitive edge.
• Support our sales team by engaging directly with customers to identify solutions and close deals.
• Communicate roadmap decisions and prioritization trade-offs clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
• Monitor key performance metrics to ensure projects deliver maximum value and adjust strategies as needed.

Must-haves

• At least 5 years of recent experience in product management within the tech industry, ideally in a B2B startup environment.
• A proven track record of managing complex products from initial ideation through to launch.
• Strong technical literacy, allowing you to engage in meaningful discussions about architecture and product decisions.
• The ability to synthesize ambiguous or conflicting information into clear, actionable plans.
• A bias towards action and a generalist mindset that thrives on solving diverse problems.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with a passion for working closely with engineers, designers, and researchers.
• Fluency in English.
