🙌 About the role
We're seeking a Product Manager to support our mission to build a borderless world. You'll play a critical role in prioritizing customer needs, making informed trade-offs, and supporting our sales team to close deals, all while balancing effort and value to deliver high-quality solutions within budget and time constraints. Working closely with our engineering, design, and marketing teams to execute and enhance our product strategy and roadmaps. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure that our product launches are successful and that we continuously improve our products. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing complex products from ideation to launch and possess knowledge in product lifecycle management.
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Prioritize and manage the product roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
- Understand and address key user pain points, balancing effort and value in solutions.
- Oversee end-to-end product development, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, high-quality delivery.
- Create product messaging that clearly communicates the value proposition and differentiates from competitors.
- Communicate the product roadmap and prioritization decisions to leadership and stakeholders.
- Plan and execute product launches, coordinating with marketing for effective launch plans.
- Support the sales team by joining customer calls, understanding needs, and finding solutions to close deals.
- Make informed trade-offs between features, budget, and timelines to maximize value.
- Track key metrics to ensure projects deliver value within constraints and adjust strategies as needed.
🌟 What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have at least 5 years of recent experience in product management in the tech industry, ideally in a B2B Start-Up environment.
- Think in terms of big picture, but deliver on the details.
- Turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans.
- Demonstrate a bias towards action.
- Enjoys being a generalist working on whatever it takes to solve problems and delight users
- Are a team player who enjoys working closely with engineers, designers, and UX researchers.
- Are technical enough to ask engineers insightful questions about architecture and product decisions alike.
