By partnering with OBGYN clinics nationwide and major health plans such as UnitedHealthCare, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Aetna, we are making high-quality care more accessible and affordable. We are currently seeking our first full-time Senior Product Manager to join our remote team and build the foundation of our product function.
Key outcomes
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ranging from initial user research and scoping to final execution, quality assurance, and post-launch iteration.
- Perform comprehensive user research with patients, clinicians, and referring providers to identify and address their specific needs.
- Author clear, actionable product requirement documents that define workflows and objectives for our engineering team.
- Translate complex engineering logic into accessible documentation and rule sets for the teams managing our daily operations.
- Design and maintain low-code and no-code systems to automate patient journeys, including intake, scheduling, screening, and care coordination.
- Establish and track success metrics for our internal tools and services.
- Develop our foundational product infrastructure, including prioritization frameworks, roadmap planning, and cross-functional alignment.
- Collaborate directly with our founders, engineering, operations, and clinical leads to ensure the successful adoption of new products.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in product management, with a minimum of 2 years owning core product areas from start to finish.
- Proven experience scaling tech-enabled services within a fast-paced startup environment, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in digital health.
- Deep empathy for patients and care teams, paired with a commitment to building solutions with care.
- Proficiency in low-code automation tools and the ability to manage complex logic within marketing, survey, and form software.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous challenges.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Significant experience working specifically within the digital health sector.
- A track record of thriving in early-stage environments where you have been responsible for establishing initial product strategy and processes.
