Role at a glance
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead our consumer application on a full-time, remote basis. This senior-level role is open to candidates located anywhere.
Your impact
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our consumer platform across desktop, mobile web, and native apps, with a relentless focus on driving conversions.
- Partner with design and engineering to ship high-impact features quickly, turning homeowner feedback and behavioral data into product improvements that boost engagement.
- Define requirements, run A/B tests, and lead post-launch reviews so every release measurably improves the purchase journey and operational efficiency for both homeowners and service providers.
What you'll need
You bring deep experience building high-converting, consumer-facing e-commerce products at fast-growing startups. You are fluent in Amplitude, Pendo, Mixpanel, and Google Analytics, and you use these tools to turn raw data into clear product priorities. You are an expert in A/B testing, KPI definition, and Agile methodologies, and you can translate complex technical concepts for any audience. Strong written and verbal communication in English is essential, along with a proven ability to improve conversion metrics and balance long-term vision with rapid iteration.
Perks and compensation
The salary range for this role is $165,000-$215,000. In addition, we offer stock options, health insurance, unlimited PTO, a remote-first environment, a subsidy for at-home work equipment, and occasional travel for strategic onsites in NYC and team offsites.
