We are Planned, an event management platform helping organizations simplify how they book meetings and events. Our solution empowers teams to plan successful gatherings while providing finance departments with the visibility needed to manage budgets effectively. With over 200 clients across North America, including industry leaders like Google, Airbnb, Samsung, PwC, and L'Oréal, we are on a mission to disrupt a massive 500 billion dollar industry.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage the product roadmap and strategy by identifying key user needs and business opportunities.
- Take full ownership of products from start to finish, which includes writing briefs, leading cross-functional execution, and sharing insights across the company.
- Act as the primary advocate for our users by conducting regular research and interviews to map out user journeys.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure everyone is aligned on product goals.
- Refine our internal development processes to improve how designers, engineers, and product managers work together.
Must-haves
- Extensive professional experience in a product management role.
- A proven track record of success within a fast-paced or startup environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make difficult trade-offs to deliver maximum user value.
- A keen eye for design and the ability to own critical user interactions with high attention to detail.
- A solid technical understanding of complex desktop and web application architectures.
- Excellent communication skills and prior experience working in the software or design space.
- Fluency in English.
