We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team in a hybrid capacity based in Atlanta, GA, to help us drive our mission forward.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to shape our product strategy and build a roadmap that balances immediate wins with long-term goals.
- Lead discovery efforts by conducting customer interviews, market research, and competitor analysis to turn insights into actionable product hypotheses.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, and user needs while managing trade-offs.
- Act as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback and identifying opportunities to improve the product experience.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment by serving as the bridge between engineering, sales, and customer success teams.
- Continuously refine processes and deepen your expertise in climate tech and product management best practices.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of experience in product management within fast-paced, agile environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to translate complex user requirements into effective solutions.
- A customer-centric mindset and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
- Demonstrated success in prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience working in fintech, marketplaces, or B2B SaaS.
- Familiarity with the climate tech or sustainability sectors.
- Experience working in an early-stage startup environment.
