We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team in a hybrid capacity based in Atlanta, GA, to help us drive our mission forward.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with leadership to shape our product strategy and build a roadmap that balances immediate wins with long-term goals.
Lead discovery efforts by conducting customer interviews, market research, and competitor analysis to turn insights into actionable product hypotheses.
Prioritize initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, and user needs while managing trade-offs.
Act as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback and identifying opportunities to improve the product experience.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment by serving as the bridge between engineering, sales, and customer success teams.
Continuously refine processes and deepen your expertise in climate tech and product management best practices.

Must-haves

At least 5 years of experience in product management within fast-paced, agile environments.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to translate complex user requirements into effective solutions.
A customer-centric mindset and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
Demonstrated success in prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluency in English.

Nice-to-haves

Previous experience working in fintech, marketplaces, or B2B SaaS.
Familiarity with the climate tech or sustainability sectors.
Experience working in an early-stage startup environment.
