The role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Restaurant Product Team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position focused on scaling our integration marketplace and API ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in serving our enterprise customers, including large restaurant chains and hotels, by ensuring our software solutions meet their complex technological needs. Core responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our integration marketplace and APIs, ensuring alignment with our long-term vision.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from gathering requirements and writing specifications to overseeing successful execution.
• Collaborate with business development teams and external partners to identify strategic integration opportunities that expand the capabilities of our platform.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in product management and a passion for building customer-centric solutions. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 6 years of professional experience in product management, specifically with full-stack products.
• Deep familiarity with API management, including design standards, documentation, and security protocols.
• Proven ability to use market research and data analysis to drive product direction and measure impact.
• Strong experience working within Agile frameworks and applying lean methodologies.
• A solid understanding of user experience design principles to ensure our tools are intuitive and effective.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with executive stakeholders and external business partners.
• Fluency in English.
