We’re The Codest, an international tech software company with engineering centers in Poland that builds and scales high-impact digital products for clients around the world. Right now we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who wants to shape the advertising platform used by Europe’s biggest e-commerce brands and help millions of shoppers discover products faster.
Role at a glance
Senior Product Manager, full-time, fully remote anywhere. You’ll join a cross-functional team building a high-scale, multi-channel campaign-planning system for one of Europe’s largest e-commerce platforms.
Your impact
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and long-term direction for a platform that lets major brands launch coordinated advertising campaigns across multiple channels at once.
- Translate user insights and business goals into clear priorities, then guide the team through backlog management and delivery so every release drives measurable value.
- Align engineering, design, data, and commercial stakeholders around a shared strategy, ensuring the product stays viable, compliant, and competitive.
What you'll need
You bring several years of hands-on product management experience in a technology environment and feel comfortable discussing technical concepts such as React, Kotlin, Swift, and SDKs. You’re fluent in Agile ways of working, skilled at backlog prioritization, and confident using data analysis and A/B testing to steer decisions. Strong analytical thinking, decisive problem-solving, and the ability to see the product through the customer’s eyes are essential. Bonus points if you’ve worked with multi-platform, no-code, or low-code solutions. English fluency is required for daily collaboration.
Perks and compensation
We offer a monthly rate of 23-25k PLN on a B2B contract.
