What is this role?

We are searching for a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Switzerland. This is a senior-level position where you will be instrumental in guiding our robotic solutions from the initial concept phase all the way to market acceptance. You will be a key player in our growth, and for the right candidate, this role offers a clear path for advancement, including the potential to grow into the role of Head of Product.

What will you do?

• Take full ownership of the product lifecycle, which includes managing roadmaps, defining release plans, and overseeing continuous product enhancements.
• Collaborate across our hardware and software teams to drive product development from the early concept stages through to a successful market launch.
• Translate deep customer insights and market dynamics into a cohesive product strategy that aligns with our long-term company vision.

To be successful in this role, you should be a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and a passion for robotics. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• You hold a Master’s degree or higher in a field such as Robotics, Machine Learning, or Engineering.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in a senior product management role within the technology sector, with a proven history of launching successful products.
• You are fluent in English and possess a deep understanding of robotics technology, with the unique ability to explain complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
• You thrive in fast-paced startup environments and have experience navigating the transition from early adopters to mainstream market growth.
• It is considered a bonus if you hold a PhD in a related discipline, have an MBA, or bring prior experience in building and leading product management teams.
