Uno Health is a mission-driven, tech-enabled service dedicated to helping Medicare members access critical financial subsidies, such as utility assistance and SNAP benefits. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our collaborative team and lead the development of digital solutions that improve health outcomes and financial stability for vulnerable Americans.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with our business goals and user needs.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for our consumer-facing digital products, from initial concept to launch and growth.
- Establish and track key performance indicators to measure the impact and success of our digital offerings.
- Partner with engineering, design, and commercial teams to deliver robust, scalable, and compliant technology solutions.
- Use data-driven insights and user feedback to iterate on products and improve the overall user experience.
- Communicate product vision and progress effectively to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Mentor and support the growth of team members while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation.
Must-haves
- At least 4 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of owning product stacks or major business objectives.
- Deep experience managing customer-facing web portals or digital consumer products.
- Strong proficiency in agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to interface confidently with executive leadership.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to planning.
- A natural collaborative spirit and the ability to adapt quickly within a fast-paced startup environment.
- Fluency in English.

The salary range for this position is $160,000 to $180,000 per year.
