Senior Product Manager at Hello Heart

Our platform is designed to predict and prevent cardiac events before they occur, identifying risks up to 10 days in advance. Our impact is already significant, as we help reduce inpatient hospital days by 47% and generate substantial annual savings for our members. Today, we serve as the cardiac prevention partner for hundreds of employers and over 80% of large U.S. health plans. We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team and help define how heart disease is managed in the modern era.

Key outcomes

• Own the full product lifecycle, managing everything from initial discovery and opportunity sizing to final launch and ongoing iteration.
• Translate high-level business objectives into actionable product opportunities supported by clear hypotheses and KPIs.
• Utilize data-driven insights to prioritize initiatives that maximize business impact while maintaining high user value.
• Collaborate directly with Go-To-Market teams to validate market needs, improve win rates, and refine our commercial strategy.
• Work alongside Design, Engineering, and Data teams to build scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Integrate AI-driven capabilities into our product features and internal workflows to boost efficiency and user impact.
• Conduct thorough market and competitive analysis to shape our long-term product strategy.
• Lead discussions regarding product positioning, pricing, and packaging with cross-functional leadership.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in product management within SaaS or technology sectors, preferably in B2B2C environments.
• A strong business mindset with a demonstrated history of driving commercial success and measurable customer outcomes.
• Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced, and high-growth environments.
• Excellent analytical skills and a comfort level with using data to guide complex decision-making.
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities to align stakeholders around a unified product vision.
• Proficiency in using AI tools within your daily professional workflow.
• Experience collaborating with global teams across various time zones.
• A genuine passion for building health-focused products that deliver real-world value at scale.
• Fluency in English.

Compensation

The base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000 to $190,000. Actual compensation is based on a variety of factors, including your specific skills, relevant experience, and education. In addition to salary, we offer the following benefit:
