We’re Formation Bio, and we’re building the pharma company of the future. By licensing clinical-stage drug assets and advancing them through our proprietary, technology-driven platform, we’ve already accelerated more than 300 trials and cut development timelines by up to 50 percent-getting new treatments to patients one to three years sooner. Our team blends deep expertise in technology and life sciences to tackle areas such as rheumatology, dermatology, central nervous system disorders, and cardiometabolic diseases. We’re now looking for a Senior Product Manager who wants to shape the tools that make this possible.
What you'll be doing
- Lead 0-to-1 product work by turning early-stage ideas into working solutions through research, experimentation, and iterative development.
- Partner closely with colleagues across Medical, R&D, Biometrics, Clinical Program Management, and Clinical Operations to uncover their biggest challenges and design practical fixes.
- Balance in-house builds with smart external options, shaping processes and non-technical solutions whenever they best serve the team’s goals.
What you'll bring
- At least three years of product-management experience, including a track record of launching new or experimental products from concept through delivery.
- Strong interest in building solutions for internal teams and a willingness to dig into both the technical and operational details that make those solutions succeed.
- Comfort with ambiguity, the ability to test ideas quickly, set priorities, and move from high-level strategy to day-to-day execution.
- Experience leading high-performing teams and shipping products that continue to deliver value after launch.
- Intellectual curiosity and a quick-learning mindset that extends beyond the product itself to the surrounding processes and people.
- Pharmaceutical or life-sciences background is helpful; hands-on work with large language models or other AI tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
What you'll get
