At rePurpose Global, we serve as the world’s leading Plastic Action Platform. Our mission is to unite brands, consumers, and policymakers to combat the global plastic waste crisis. As a series-funded social enterprise, we have already empowered over 350 leading brands to reduce their plastic footprints, resulting in the recovery of more than 25 million kilograms of plastic waste. Our work protects vulnerable coastal regions and provides essential waste management services to millions of people, while supporting thousands of marginalized waste workers. We are looking for passionate, entrepreneurial individuals to join our 60-person global team as we continue to scale our impact.
The role
We are searching for a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. You will lead the development of new features from the ground up, focusing on solutions that help businesses navigate packaging sustainability and complex regulatory landscapes. This is an individual contributor role where you will work closely with our engineering, commercial, and compliance teams to shape our product vision and drive execution.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and own the product strategy for new features, ensuring every initiative aligns with both customer needs and our broader business objectives.
- Conduct thorough user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to uncover opportunities within the packaging sustainability sector.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from defining clear requirements and maintaining the roadmap to tracking KPIs and iterating based on performance data.
Skills and experience
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments.
- Direct experience working with products related to regulations, compliance, or sustainability, with a preference for those familiar with packaging or consumer goods.
- A proven track record of building and launching features from scratch, particularly in emerging or ambiguous markets.
- Strong proficiency in user discovery methods, including prototyping, experimentation, and conducting customer interviews.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable requirements and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Fluency in English is required for this role.
Compensation and benefits
We offer a supportive environment that values your professional and personal well-being. Our benefits package includes:
- Hybrid work arrangements to provide flexibility.
- Comprehensive medical insurance coverage.
- Access to wellness programs to support your health.
- A dedicated learning budget to encourage your ongoing professional development.
