The role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis in Poland. This is a senior-level position for someone who thrives on solving complex problems and challenging the status quo. You will be responsible for the strategy and execution of our On Device Campaign Management solutions, acting as a subject matter expert to ensure we deliver exceptional results for both brand and performance advertisers.

Core responsibilities

• Define the product vision and roadmap for On Device Campaign Management while managing the entire product lifecycle from initial concept to final release.
• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and analysts, to deliver high-quality features that align with our broader business objectives.
• Analyze product performance metrics continuously to iterate on functionality and drive the successful adoption of new tools by our operations teams and customers.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem and a strong technical background. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, specifically within a fast-growing mobile or AdTech environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of programmatic advertising, ad serving, and the Android ecosystem, including familiarity with Android OS architecture and development frameworks.
• Proven experience working in Agile and Scrum environments, with a demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and foster consensus.
• A data-driven mindset, paired with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to a variety of stakeholders.
• Previous experience collaborating with mobile carriers or OEMs is highly preferred.
