Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position based in the United States. You will be responsible for leading a product pod and driving the development of our industry-leading Distributed Energy Resource platform.
Your impact
- Take ownership of the product roadmap for your pod by setting clear objectives, defining strategy, and establishing key delivery milestones.
- Act as the primary advocate for user needs and business value, ensuring that all requirements and priorities are aligned with our market knowledge.
- Collaborate closely with engineering managers and cross-functional partners to execute initiatives, manage daily workflows, and ensure our products are fully integrated with company operations.
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of experience in product development.
- A solid grasp of SaaS or hardware from both a technical and business perspective.
- The ability to act as a self-starter who can effectively manage and prioritize multiple work streams at once.
- Strong technical literacy and familiarity with software development methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a talent for distilling complex data into actionable insights.
- Bonus points if you have experience working in an agile environment or within the energy technology sector.
Perks and compensation
The base salary for this role is $140,000 to $160,000 annually, depending on your experience. You will also be eligible for a 10-20% bonus paid semi-annually, as well as equity in the company.
