The role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote-friendly position open to candidates anywhere. In this role, you will lead the evolution of our Connect capabilities, focusing on how we export and integrate data across our various solutions to provide our enterprise customers with a unified, actionable view of their digital ecosystem.
Core responsibilities
- Define and execute the vision for Connect, prioritizing initiatives that integrate Contentsquare data into critical customer reporting paths to reduce churn and provide deep insights.
- Partner closely with engineering to build a unified data model, standardizing identity resolution and sessionization while expanding our reach across data warehouse partnerships like AWS and Snowflake.
- Champion real-world outcomes by demonstrating how unified data fuels strategic decision-making, while optimizing the developer experience through clear documentation and streamlined self-service onboarding.
Skills and experience
We are looking for individuals who bring a blend of technical expertise and strategic product thinking. While we typically look for 5 or more years of product management experience in agile environments, we value diverse paths to leadership.
- Proven success developing B2B SaaS products for enterprise customers with a focus on delivering measurable business impact.
- Strong technical proficiency in data warehouses like BigQuery, Snowflake, or AWS, along with a solid understanding of ETL processes.
- A data-driven mindset that utilizes analytics and systems thinking to simplify complex workflows.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with Product Analytics or Digital Experience Analytics solutions is considered a significant plus.
- Fluency in English is required for this role.
