Senior Product Manager at Odeko

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for creating the product vision in close partnership with product design and engineering, leading the team to fulfill the vision in rapid development cycles. You'll ship features and new product offerings to tens of thousands of small businesses and help them succeed in the tough environment they are facing today.

In this role you will lead on the strategy and execution across our supply and logistics business, ensuring that we provide a focused experience across our supply catalog that resonates with small businesses and supports how they operate, while also expanding into new areas and services for our customers..

How you’ll make an impact:

• Define the product vision and strategy, and set the milestones and roadmaps to achieve that vision
• Collect insights to understand customer pain points and needs, and translate those insights into concrete product proposals and requirements
• Relentlessly prioritize amongst competing urgencies and voices from stakeholders to ensure that valuable engineering and business resources are allocated to the most important and strategic initiatives
• Work cross-functionally with teams from Operations and Marketing to Revenue and Customer Support to ensure successful product launches
• Monitor and report on the performance of the product and proactively iterate and improve it based on the data captured

About you: 

• You have extensive experience as a product manager working across multiple product domains, or in equivalent professional services such as product design or management consulting agencies, with a track record of owning product and feature development from concept to production
• You have both strong business acumen and high technical fluency, and can work cross-functionally with both technical and business teams in solving company challenges
• You are comfortable with ambiguity and are skilled in driving clarity and clear plan of action in tackling ambiguous problems
• You have an intense focus on shipping new features, with the ability to determine the appropriate trade-offs that deliver value, while accounting for competing demands
• You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to act as an ambassador for Odeko’s product vision to colleagues and customers
• You have an incredibly high attention to detail
• You’re self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently

This is an L5 role. The pay range for this position is $160,000-$195,000 annually however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  Odeko has a Total Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration base salary, bonus, equity value and medical, financial, PTO and other benefits.
