About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution for our supply and logistics business. You will work closely with engineering and design teams to build a product vision that resonates with our customers, helping them navigate the challenges of the current business environment while expanding our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmaps to guide our development cycles and achieve long-term goals.
• Gather customer insights to identify pain points and transform those findings into actionable product requirements.
• Manage competing priorities from various stakeholders to ensure our engineering and business resources are focused on the most strategic initiatives.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Extensive experience in product management or related fields, such as management consulting or product design, with a history of taking features from concept to production.
• Strong business acumen paired with high technical fluency, allowing you to bridge the gap between technical and business teams.
• The ability to thrive in ambiguous environments by creating clear plans of action.
• Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• A self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently.

Location

This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this role is $160,000 to $195,000. Beyond your base pay, we offer a comprehensive total compensation package that includes:
