Device42 is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team to be responsible for product planning and execution. As the Senior PM, you will own end to end Product Lifecycle including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working cross functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. You will also work to support Device42’s overall strategy and goals as you will have a focus on assisting in defining how our quantitative and qualitative data can provide insights via reports and dashboards to the executive team.
What You Have:
8+ years in a Product Management role working with a software solutionHands-on experience taking a product or major feature from concept to marketDemonstrated experience defining cohesive, market-differentiating experience for the next generation productExperience building impactful content including presentations, interactive product demos, webinars, videos, and case studies Demonstrated experience and proven track record working in highly technical and complex products and solutions Experience communicating with sales teams, customers, prospects, analysts, and internal management Experience in IT management, with a strong knowledge of on-premise datacenter and/or cloud infrastructureFamiliarity with Agile methodology. Be a product and industry expert - keeping customers and stakeholders informed of the status of the product as well as keeping up to date with the competitive landscapeCreate competitive analysis and regularly measure progress against our competitorsDefine the offering vision, capabilities, use cases, and personas; ensure they are well understood across the relevant parts of the organization Portfolio prioritization, balancing new product features, customer satisfaction recommendations, and sales feature requests keeping the end-user and customer value as the focal point.Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteriaRegularly update the quarterly roadmap based on competitive analysis and a clear understanding of our internal and external client and partner needsBe a main point of contact between cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including product marketing, sales, customer success, ecosystem, engineering, and QA teamsWork in an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risksPrioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholdersDefine and execute go-to-market plan, working to ensure that product management, marketing, and sales have what they need to be successfulDevelop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investmentValidate acceptance criteria to ensure requirements validation before customers get access to productWe believe in hiring the best people wherever they’re located.
