We are thrilled that you are considering a career with Thrive Causemetics. As an independent, female-owned beauty brand, we are Bigger Than Beauty. We create high-performance, vegan, and cruelty-free cosmetics while supporting a mission of giving back to communities with every purchase. We take pride in our collaborative culture, where we prioritize wellness and a positive, high-energy environment. We are looking for a visionary Senior Product Manager to join our team at our headquarters in Los Angeles, where you will work on-site four days a week to help us revolutionize the shopping experience.
What you'll be doing
- You will define and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for our product catalog and content, ensuring our initiatives align with broader business goals and market trends.
- You will act as a central leader by coordinating with UX designers, developers, marketing, and operations teams to manage the full product development lifecycle from initial planning to final delivery.
- You will own the product roadmap, prioritizing new features and improvements based on data, user feedback, and the need to drive incremental growth across our platform.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in product management and a passion for the beauty industry. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in product management or eCommerce, ideally within a retail or consumer-facing environment.
- Direct experience working with the Shopify Plus platform.
- A deep understanding of UX design principles, website infrastructure, and data analytics.
- The ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly to stakeholders.
- A data-driven mindset, combined with the organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Fluency in English for both verbal and written communication.
What you'll get
The base salary range for this position is $125,000 to $150,000, depending on your specific qualifications and experience. In addition to your base pay, you will be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your health and well-being, including:
- Hybrid work arrangements.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- A 401(k) plan with employer matching.
- Life and disability insurance.
- Paid time off programs.
- Access to an employee assistance program.
