The role
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to join our product team on a full-time, remote basis. The role is open to candidates anywhere in the Americas and calls for senior-level experience building and shipping web applications.
Core responsibilities
- Own and evolve the product roadmap by working with stakeholders to decide what to build and when, turning uncertainty into clear direction for the rest of the team.
- Frame problems clearly so engineers and designers understand the “why” behind each initiative, then collaborate with them to define requirements and select the right solutions.
- Conduct user interviews, market research, and competitive analysis to gather evidence, then measure and communicate the impact of shipped work so the team learns what is working.
Skills and experience
We are looking for candidates who have at least six years of experience building and shipping web applications as a designer, engineer, or product manager, including two or more years as a product manager at growth-stage startups. You should bring excellent product intuition, solid design judgment, and enough technical understanding to evaluate approaches with engineering managers. Strong written communication skills are essential in our asynchronous, documentation-first environment, along with the ability to translate long-term strategy into actionable roadmaps, manage ambiguity, and work autonomously.
Compensation and benefits
The base salary range for this position is $225,000 to $300,000. Additional benefits include fully remote work from anywhere in the Americas and the opportunity to join a profitable, fast-growing company with a thoughtful, low-meeting culture.
