Senior Product Manager at VSCO

We are looking for a visionary Senior Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of new AI-powered experiences for our community of tens of millions of creators. VSCO is a global platform dedicated to empowering photographers with the tools, community, and inspiration they need to thrive, and we want you to help us scale our impact to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic roadmap for new product offerings, starting with tools that help photographers gather and share creative inspiration.
• Experiment with new features to expand product-market fit and drive long-term platform growth.
• Lead the end-to-end definition and delivery of features, ensuring they meet both user needs and business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Product Marketing to test hypotheses and iterate on solutions.
• Use a combination of data, research, and industry insights to inform your product recommendations.
• Engage directly with our users to gather qualitative insights that shape our product direction.
• Communicate effectively across the organization to build consensus and inspire cross-functional teams.

Must-haves

• At least 5 years of experience as a full-time Product Manager, specifically with 0 to 1 product development.
• Proven success in achieving product-market fit and driving business growth for a new product line.
• Experience with product monetization, particularly within subscription or marketplace models.
• Strong command of product strategy, including the ability to secure leadership buy-in and motivate teams.
• A data-driven mindset that relies on both quantitative and qualitative evidence to guide decisions.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English.
• A collaborative approach to working with Engineers and Designers, paired with the ability to lead when necessary.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a resourceful, fast-moving approach to problem-solving.

Nice-to-haves

• Background in building collaboration-focused or AI-powered products.
• Working knowledge of photography fundamentals.
• Previous experience as a founder or in a role with similar levels of high-stakes accountability.

Benefits

The base salary for this position is $190,000 to $205,000.
