We are looking for a highly driven professional to join our team at Polly. We are currently transforming the mortgage industry by providing a modern, data-driven capital markets ecosystem that helps lenders automate and optimize their entire value chain. Since our founding in 2019, we have built a reputation for helping financial institutions operate with greater speed and profitability. If you are a mid to senior-level expert who values excellence, independent thinking, and teamwork, we would love to have you play a key role in our product development journey.
What you'll be doing
- You will own the product vision for your specific area, ensuring it aligns with our broader company goals while serving as a domain expert who keeps all stakeholders informed and aligned.
- You will manage the product backlog by evaluating and prioritizing requirements in close partnership with the business, while also facilitating the creation of developer-ready user stories and acceptance criteria.
- You will define what success looks like for every feature, monitoring performance metrics to ensure our products deliver real value and meet our high standards for quality and market impact.
What you'll bring
- You possess 5 to 10 years of product management experience, specifically with a background in mortgage capital markets technology.
- You have deep expertise in risk models, pipeline hedging strategies, and analytics, including a strong grasp of best execution analysis, shock analysis, and trade strategies.
- You are proficient in Agile or Scrum methodologies and have a proven record of building products with a strong focus on user experience and design.
- You demonstrate exceptional analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to lead autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- You have excellent communication skills in English, allowing you to effectively lead cross-functional teams and engage with customers to uncover their pain points.
- It is a plus if you have experience with predictive analytics, AI, or statistical models related to risk assessment.
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
