The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our remote team and support our government clients. In this role, you will act as a bridge between complex technical requirements and the needs of the people who rely on government services. You will guide products from their initial proof of concept through to full roadmapping and execution. By working within a small, cross-functional team, you will help define innovative SaaS and PaaS solutions that make a tangible difference in how government agencies operate and interact with the public.

A day in the life

• You will partner with stakeholders to translate their high-level vision into a clear, actionable product strategy that balances user needs, business viability, and technical feasibility.
• You will lead a cross-functional team through the product lifecycle, using agile methodologies to deliver value iteratively while managing risks and dependencies.
• You will collaborate closely with researchers and designers to synthesize user pain points and journeys, ensuring that every feature we build is backed by evidence and focused on measurable outcomes.

Who you are

You are a design thinker who thrives in environments where you can solve complex problems for both users and the business. You have a proven track record of managing projects with multiple stakeholders, and you are comfortable navigating the unique challenges of the government ecosystem. Your background includes:

• At least 8 years of experience in product management or software development, ideally involving PaaS or SaaS products.
• A structured, data-driven approach to problem-solving and a passion for creating accessible, high-quality products.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build consensus between clients and technical teams.
• Fluency in English and a desire to work in a collaborative, remote-first environment.
• Experience with agile practices and a commitment to fostering inclusive, cross-functional teamwork.
