As we continue to grow our platform for colleges and universities, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team. You will play a vital role in shaping the future of our services, ensuring that we provide meaningful care to students across the country. What you'll be doing
- You will define and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap specifically designed to meet the unique telehealth needs of the higher education sector.
- You will act as a bridge between our users and our product, engaging with university administrators, healthcare providers, and students to translate their feedback into impactful features.
- You will lead cross-functional efforts by partnering with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure our product remains compliant with privacy regulations like HIPAA and FERPA while driving consistent growth.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid foundation in product management and a drive to solve complex problems. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in a field such as Business or Computer Science, with an MBA or advanced degree being a plus.
- Over 5 to 7 years of experience in product management, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity within the digital health, telehealth, or SaaS industries.
- A deep understanding of how to use data analysis to inform your strategy and a proven ability to lead teams through the full product development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills in English, allowing you to present complex ideas clearly to various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile development processes and a strong grasp of regulatory standards relevant to health and education.
What you'll get
We offer a competitive base salary ranging from $125,000 to $135,000 per year, determined by your specific experience and education. In addition to your base pay, you will be eligible for a quarterly discretionary bonus.
