Key outcomes

• Lead the integration of AI technologies into our digital banking platform to sustain and grow our market position.
• Partner with the product organization to identify, evaluate, and launch AI capabilities that align with evolving industry trends.
• Guide the development and release of AI-driven features across web and mobile applications, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.
• Champion the adoption of generative AI and machine learning technologies throughout the product portfolio.
• Own the full product lifecycle for AI-powered initiatives, from initial concept through successful launch and post-release refinement.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and other internal teams to translate business needs into clear product requirements and specifications.
• Track and evaluate the performance of AI features, using insights to deliver an exceptional user experience.
• Monitor advancements in AI and machine learning, incorporating relevant developments into product strategy.
• Present AI strategies and their expected business outcomes to both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least five years of experience in a product management role with measurable impact.
• Demonstrated success managing AI and machine learning products, including generative AI and large language models.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Proven capacity to manage complex initiatives and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI technologies within web and mobile applications at a B2B SaaS organization.
• Background in financial technology, fintech, or banking environments.
• Experience applying data-driven methods to product development.
• Track record of working directly with clients and development teams to bring new products to market.
