Here at Marshall Reddick Real Estate we are a fast-paced, software-centered, and rapidly changing full-service residential real estate investment firm. We provide multiple services to our clients including real estate brokerage, property management, private lending, and investment funds. We have a team of 150+ members across 9 offices in CA, TX, FL, and TN. Founded in 1979, we are committed to our mission to be the bridge connecting each client to financial independence through education, mentorship, and by providing a trusted system of buying, selling, and managing real estate and mortgages nationwide.

We currently seeking an energetic and motivated Senior Product Manager to join our fast-growing organization who will manage the development and implementation of software, systems, processes, and procedures that will drive the efficient operational functions of the company as we scale.

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for driving the vision of our investment software platform. This role will oversee product/project planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing requirements, defining specifications, and working closely with our software team and department leaders. This individual will drive collaboration and integrate our services into all departments by leading critical projects and propelling our software forward. The right candidate for this role will be a self-starter, take initiative without being asked, be vocal about ideas, have an analytical mindset, and have a strong work ethic. Ideally, this role will have a passion and background in real estate, lending, and/or property management.

Please Note: This position will require being in office full-time at our Newport Beach office.

What You'll Do

Define the requirements and specifications for new products and product enhancements to align them with company goals

Identify pain points and propose procedures to improve process efficiencies

Provide input to refine and strategically scale company operations

Work with department leads to build out and maintain Training Handbooks and documentation

Perform discoveries with department leaders to solve business problems and convert high-value ones into requirements and new features

Ensure the Software team maintains a well-groomed backlog for multiple releases ahead of the current release

Collaborate with the CEO and other leadership team members to manage the product roadmap

Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding software changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information appropriately from the CEO/Management to the software development team

Gather user research and performance data and translate them into clear and concise technical product requirements

Product management related to proposed new processes and operating systems, including implementing 3rd party software and in-house software

Assist in compliance with all services

What Qualifies You

7+ years experience as a Product or Project Manager working with software teams

2 +years of experience working in an agile environment helping lead development of requirements, management of workflows and priorities, and generation of feedback to a data team

Able to work with senior management across functions on complex projects and issues.

Proactively initiates, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external team members to achieve results

Prior experience with Technical Development, Q/A Testing, Agile Development

Developing and building software in a fast-paced tech-focused company

What Sets You Apart

Experience with Jira, Confluence, and GitLab is a plus

PMP Certification is a plus

Deadline-driven mentality with strong attention to detail

Experience investing/buying/selling in real estate is a plus

In-depth knowledge of real estate brokerage, property management, or private lending is a plus

Experience with CRM & Digital Marketing is a plus

Experience with Property Management and Accounting software is a plus
