We are currently looking for an energetic and motivated Senior Product Manager to join our team in Newport Beach and help drive the vision of our investment software platform.

Key outcomes

• Define product requirements and specifications to ensure all new features align with our broader company objectives.
• Identify operational pain points and propose new procedures to increase organizational efficiency.
• Collaborate with department leads to create and maintain comprehensive training handbooks and internal documentation.
• Conduct discovery sessions with leadership to translate complex business problems into actionable requirements and technical features.
• Maintain a well-groomed product backlog to support multiple upcoming software releases.
• Partner with our CEO and executive team to manage and evolve the long-term product roadmap.
• Act as a primary liaison between executive leadership and the software development team to communicate milestones and project updates.
• Translate user research and performance data into clear, technical requirements for our developers.
• Oversee the implementation of both in-house and third-party software solutions to support new operating systems.
• Ensure all product initiatives remain in compliance with our service standards.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional experience as a Product or Project Manager within software-focused teams.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in an agile environment, specifically leading requirements development, managing workflows, and providing feedback to data teams.
• Proven ability to collaborate with senior management on complex, cross-functional projects.
• A proactive approach to building and maintaining effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Solid background in technical development, quality assurance testing, and agile methodologies.
• Experience building and deploying software within a fast-paced, technology-driven company.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and GitLab.
• Possession of a PMP certification.
• A strong background in real estate investing, buying, or selling.
• Specialized knowledge of property management, private lending, or real estate brokerage.
• Experience working with CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, or property management and accounting software.

Compensation

The annual salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $180,000, supplemented by a 10% performance bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 401k plan with company matching. We also provide paid time off for holidays, vacation, and sick leave, along with specific incentives related to real estate investing.
