What you'll be doing
- Own the full strategy and measurable outcomes for a defined product area, turning company goals into a multi-quarter plan and clear boundaries around what will and will not be built.
- Lead discovery and maintain an ongoing insight system that combines merchant feedback, GTM input, and competitive monitoring to guide real decisions.
- Partner closely with engineering on implementation details, architecture choices, and long-term technical direction while also shaping GTM positioning and pricing recommendations alongside RevOps and Product Marketing.
What you'll bring
We are looking for someone who has already owned a substantial product area end to end and can point to clear outcomes that resulted from their judgment and execution. You bring strong product judgment in ambiguous, high-stakes environments and can explain your reasoning clearly to others. You are comfortable working side by side with engineers on technical and architectural trade-offs, and you make decisions based on data, research, and merchant input while recognizing when evidence is still thin. The ability to influence senior stakeholders and align differing priorities without relying on formal authority is essential. Experience in payments, fintech, or another complex, regulated domain is helpful but not required.
