Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position that operates in a hybrid work environment, requiring collaboration with our product, design, and engineering teams to scale our digital enrollment experiences for Medicare members.
Your impact
- Drive company-level objectives by establishing and tracking key performance indicators to measure the growth and success of our consumer-facing digital products.
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from initial ideation and strategy to launch, ensuring our solutions are robust, secure, and compliant.
- Champion a user-centric design approach by gathering feedback and collaborating with our design team to create intuitive, accessible experiences for seniors.
What you'll need
- At least 4 years of successful experience in product management, specifically with ownership of product stacks or key business objectives.
- Proven expertise in managing customer-facing web portals or digital consumer products with a focus on experimentation and growth.
- A strong grasp of agile development methodologies and a track record of delivering products that provide quantified business value.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- High emotional intelligence and a collaborative spirit, with the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Fluency in English.

The base salary for this role is $160,000 to $180,000, plus potential for significant equity options.
