Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the MarTech domain, guiding the full product lifecycle from initial discovery and design to final delivery.
- Translate complex business requirements and high-level goals into actionable user stories and clear acceptance criteria for our agile development teams.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to identify client pain points, validate new business opportunities, and ensure alignment across engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success.
Requirements
To succeed in this executive-level role, you should possess a deep background in B2B SaaS and Marketing Technology. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in product management, with at least 6 years specifically focused on building marketing technology and growth platforms.
- Proven expertise in managing multichannel enterprise marketing tools, including familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, Adobe, Braze, or Marketo.
- Strong technical proficiency, including experience with Agile development methodologies, Jira, and data analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Tableau.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to bridge the gap between technical engineering requirements and business-focused customer needs.
